Sun-dried Tomato In Oil

Sun-dried tomatoes can be used in salads, pastas and countless other dishes where you desire a punch of intense tomato flavor. A nice idea is to chop them up and use them in homemade bread with some olives and thyme. I also love them in a good kale salad.
